What is Jev doing?

Jev answers two questions in one request: which of six categories best fits the request, and how urgently it needs attention. Priority follows the reported impact, not just an angry tone. Other / unclear covers requests with too little detail or no matching category. Percentages show Jev's estimated probability for the selected label. This demo suggests labels; it does not send or route a ticket.
